With the combined challenges of urban population growth, rapidly aging infrastructure, and an increasingly unpredictable climate, it is now abundantly clear that when it comes to how we manage our precious water resources, the status quo is no longer sustainable.

The rate at which we are constructing new buildings globally is like adding another New York City every month from now until 2060. Buildings around the world use 14% of all potable water, and yet almost no buildings reuse that water.

We’re going to change that. 💧♻️ 💪

Epic Updates

It was an EPIC start to the year for us! In January we were invited to attend the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos as a winner of the first ever Freshwater Innovation Challenge, a newly launched initiative between UpLink and leading Indian multinational HCLTech. In March, we were we named to the #1 spot of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list in the under 100 employees category, and were then subsequently invited to participate in the first United Nations Water Conference in 46 years. Lastly, just over two weeks ago, Epic was featured on ABC7 as a part of a longer documentary airing on Hulu next month. Catch up on this news and more below!
