Onsite water reuse is key to overcoming our growing water scarcity challenges
Just as rooftop and community solar have fundamentally transformed the energy industry, decentralized water reuse solutions — whether at the building, district, or community scale — are increasingly emerging as necessary to contend with our nation's growing water challenges. Throughout the world, prolonged periods of water scarcity and drought are becoming more common, resulting in situations like the much covered news from Arizona that the government would be curbing new real estate development due to dwindling water supplies.
Fortunately, these are the headlines Epic was created for. 💧♻️
Our experience navigating regulatory frameworks coupled with our advanced treatment technologies has helped pioneer a new framework that we have used to advance onsite water reuse in several new geographies. We will continue to use this same playbook to reshape the landscape of water management across this nation and soon around the world.
Epic updates
One of our priorities is to transform the conversation around water and we continue to make waves on the front. Our Epic OneWater Brew has inspired beer lovers, sustainability advocates and policymakers alike, elevating the conversation around the untapped potential of water reuse. We were honored to be among the few companies highlighted by our partners at the World Economic Forum, Deloitte, and Salesforce at an event with San Francisco’s Mayor London Breed for the announcement of the Yes San Francisco, Urban Sustainability Challenge. Epic has been heralded as a model company able to advance the city’s climate priorities while navigating often complex regulatory pathways.
Finally, we are proud to announce the launch of our Projects page, which includes some of the most exciting projects that we're proud to be part of. Each case study delves into the unique challenges faced by our clients and the tailored solutions we implemented to address their specific goals, including reduced water utility costs, increased water resilience, and improved environmental stewardship.
